Mobile Apps purchased from satsportsgps.com:

Mobile phone applications cannot be returned after purchase from satsportsgps.com. Satsports requests that you take advantage of the free demo or trail versions of Satsports applications where possible. This will provide you with a good idea of what the application will look like and how it will function on your phone.If you are experiencing an issue with a mobile phone application from Satsports please email technical@satsportsgps.com.

Hardware purchased from satsportsgps.com:

If you wish to cancel your online hardware order (e.g. you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind) please contact Satsports at admin@satsportsgps.com with the subject title 'Cancel Order' as soon as possible to stop the order being dispatched and avoid having to pay for return delivery costs.

If you have already received your order the time limit for cancellation is 7 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you receive the goods.

To ensure the safe returns of your item(s) please follow these guidelines:

• Ensure the item(s) are in the original condition, unopened with all accessories and packaging (we can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty)

Returning faulty goods purchased from satsportsgps.com:

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged on delivery please return your item(s) using the return guidelines above.

If you find your goods are defective please contact technical@satsportsgps.com.Your product has a 1-year warranty period, please contact admin@satsportsgps.com to arrange a replacement. Please return the item as per the guidelines above as well as a description of the fault you have encountered.

Satsports will not accept returns of items that have been intentionally damaged, where internal parts have been tampered or where goods have accidentally broken when used for activities for which products were not intended. Satsports will only replace defective units and products once the defective products have been returned.

Refunds for purchasing from satsportsgps.com:

For units being returned with in 7 days satsportsgps.com uses PayPal to process online payments and refunds. If you used a PayPal balance or bank account, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account balance. If you used your credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to your card. Please note it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on the card statement from PayPal.

The following information regarding the return of applications when purchased via the Android Market is in line with the Android Market standard terms and conditions dated 1st October 2009. Google’s conditions for returning apps when purchased from the Android Market are as follows:

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase (not download) to return an application purchased through Android Market for a full refund. You may only return a given application once. If you subsequently purchase the same app again, you may not return it a second time.

How to return an app: From Market, visit the My Downloads page, and select the application you'd like to return.

• Applications that are eligible for return are marked with an 'Uninstall & Refund' button. Please note that after the 24-hour return period has expired, all sales are final.
• After 24 hours, selecting the "Uninstall" button will simply remove the application from your device.
