Satsports requests that you take advantage of the free demo or trail versions of Satsports applications where possible. Hardware purchased from satsportsgps.com:
If you wish to cancel your online hardware order (e.g. you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind) please contact Satsports at admin@satsportsgps.com with the subject title 'Cancel Order' as soon as possible to stop the order being dispatched and avoid having to pay for return delivery costs.
If you have already received your order the time limit for cancellation is 7 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you receive the goods.

Returning faulty goods purchased from satsportsgps.com:
In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged on delivery please return your item(s) using the return guidelines above.
If you find your goods are defective please contact technical@satsportsgps.com.Your product has a 1-year warranty period, please contact admin@satsportsgps.com to arrange a replacement. Please return the item as per the guidelines above as well as a description of the fault you have encountered.
Satsports will not accept returns of items that have been intentionally damaged, where internal parts have been tampered or where goods have accidentally broken when used for activities for which products were not intended. Satsports will only replace defective units and products once the defective products have been returned.

For units being returned with in 7 days satsportsgps.com uses PayPal to process online payments and refunds. If you used a PayPal balance or bank account, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account balance. If you used your credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to your card. Please note it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on the card statement from PayPal.
